I suppose it will be very difficult to find, if at all possible (where did you print it from?). The search engines are silent (at least for me) about the Russian translation. Might be worth reading the original.

Where did you even find it in Russian? I've never seen an official translation. I would suggest you buy it on amazon, but it is quite expensive. Maybe your organization will agree to spend money on it. If you google well, you can find an electronic version (I found it somewhere).
