Where can I find statistics on the number of instructions in x86 and its extensions (MMX, SSE x, AVX y)?

I draw infographics for students on x86. It is necessary to correctly set the sizes of conditional figures for a set of instructions. It is clear that MMX is very small, SSE is larger and AVX is simply huge.
Are there more accurate statistics?
