Where can I find server documentation for Expo?

Tell me please. There is a project at Expo, whose server part is made in Firebase. In the picture, the folder structure with scripts that should configure Firebase, can someone find out where they got it from?

In the docks for the project, there is only a minimal setup, such as gcloud components install app-engine-python ... gcloud app deploy app.yaml ... cd server/functions/, npm run build, firebase deploy
There is a hunch that the previous executor is not himself I came up with this, but somewhere I took it from some manual or boiler plate. Maybe someone came across something similar and there is a link to normal docks for such a thing?
