Where can I find sales / resellers for SAAS who are ready to sell for %?

We are looking for sales or resellers for our SAAS who are ready to sell for %. We are ready to share very generously, but so far we have not found such people.

Question: Do such people exist? Or are we looking in the wrong place, the wrong way, and the wrong ones?

I don't understand what the product is, I don't know the target audience, and therefore I can only feed in the "on HH/partner farms" style.
What I usually do when faced with a question like this:
1. make it as easy as possible to get in (to clients). You don't need a free one, it helps a lot with distribution, but it brings a lot of crap for exploitation. I look at a typical consumer and estimate his daily profit. Very arbitrary, but it gives an understanding of what orders we are talking about.
2. it is clear that I am pouring traffic.
3. a simple landing page
4. And here are the sales that work with leads.
There are many subtleties, but the essence is that it should be real and easy to sell. This is then, when the client is already yours and you know him, you can connect smart and cool salespeople for large percentages.
Perhaps I am mistaken and you are a well-known platform that everyone knows and everyone wants, but based on the fact that you are looking for ways to solve a non-IT issue on an IT resource, I tend to think that you are doing something wrong.
You can sell something incomprehensible for a high price. But to make such sales systemic is unlikely. Therefore, if you deliberately single out extremes, you need to sell either business jets at a high price or seeds "a glass for a rupee." Both are approximately clear how to sell. The value to the consumer is clear. It is clear how to look for sellers of both.
But now this is not your question. Now your question is "how to sell cooperation". I now mean that a certain product (well, OK, let it be a service or a process) for the salesperson should also be clear. The simplest thing is to hire a person for a salary and tell him what he should do and stimulate if he achieves the right results. If you do not want to bear these risks, they will have to be sold. Don't pay the waiter a salary - let him feed on tips, but let him know that it's real. Yes, I don’t know exactly how you do it, therefore I proceed from the assumption that this is something like “a new CRM unknown to everyone, but everyone needs CRM, which has absorbed all the pluses of all the others and not a single minus, costs 100 money, you find a client, he makes a transfer, after signing the act, we transfer 50% to you." Once again - I don’t know if I’m right, these are fabrications and that’s it. I am writing all this to convey the idea that something is wrong with your presentationvalue of cooperation with you.

cj.com and analogues - there are 5 large ones
and sales - go grow or poach, and here and there %% only as a bonus to the RFP

no one is going to sell unknown SAAS and even for %
start advertising on Google customers themselves will be found if there is something worthwhile
Worth not from the point of view of development (from their point of view this is a "unparalleled" supermega product) but from the point of view of the target audience

You have a slightly non-standard approach to product distribution.
Usually the owner of the business (you) bears the risks - you can earn, or you can burn out.
You can hire workers (for money) to perform the tasks you have designated. In the future, with success, you can motivate the employee with % from sales. Even generously.
The scheme you propose is suitable for business partners (with the division of roles and income).
Usually people rely on their salary to buy something. It is not worth counting on interest, which may or may not be. This is very demotivating, because. You are ready to work for an idea, and an employee is ready to work for money.
If I were you, I would be afraid of those people who will respond to your conditions. They either have a lot of free time and do not need money, or (most likely) they want to understand how your idea works, so that they can use it later on their own.

It is extremely difficult to find a good, much less a good and reliable salesperson. The idea of working for interest is sound, most of them work that way, but it is very difficult to find now.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
