these are the sources. after compilation they will be littered. But in this garbage somewhere you can find the compiled version.
And what is the platform? Operating system, etc.?

Win 7(х86) for VS2008 compiler
Tried to compile failed.
It takes more than an hour to compile the files, then the compilation ends, but there are no inclusions.
