Where can I find projects for a beginner C++ programmer?

Good day. Tell me, please, where can I find open source projects in which I can take part in the development myself? The fact is that I'm just learning and I would like to get real practice in real projects, and not dry theory and examples from a textbook. It would also be useful to know what is the minimum required threshold for the entry of project development in the development team (technologies, languages, frameworks ...).
I have knowledge and skills (basics): С++, С#, Qt, PHP, TCP/IP stack, MySql.

You can try to make bindings for Yandex catboost for languages that are not yet made there. It is not so difficult, but you will do a useful thing and work with the guys from Yandex.
In general, Yandex has a pretty good C ++ code and you can look in their projects on github for those where issues have help wanted or something like that - these are features that they do not plan to implement on their own, but for someone these features would be useful.
In c++, you need to know the newer language standard, stl and boost.
