Is it possible to intercept web telegram messages inside a browser?

Imagine that you have an open tab with a web version of telegram and you would like to receive copies of messages from it in your main telegram. Let's just say - message forwarding without explicit forwarding by the forces of the telegram itself. How would you solve such a problem?
A few introductions:
- the purpose of the event is not wiretapping or illegal data collection, but automating the inconvenient process of maintaining two browsers with different accounts (work / personal)
- the solution can be absolutely explicit and NOT HIDDEN at all
- there was an idea to intercept browser notifications, but they most often contain only part of the message
