For my projects, I would like to find a partner who has a desire to do their own projects and make a profit from it.
Perhaps there are some resources where you can find such a partnership?

How do you imagine a resource where programmers register with one desire - to work and do other people's projects, for the opportunity to get some "profit"? That is, according to the scheme - you work now, do mine, and we will receive profit the day after tomorrow?
In order for someone to agree, you need to have at least a name. For example - on Elon Musk, most will agree to write for future profit, which is regulated by the agreement, but for Vasya Pupkin from Verkhnye Kochek, not everyone will agree even for a salary.
And it is alarming that there is not a Project - but "projects", that is, there is no certainty at all, there is a desire ...
