Hello, please share your experience of finding paid internships in companies to gain experience, I was looking for, but those where the intern is paid, and not the intern himself, get into the issue. I would like to find an internship for half a year with my company paying 30-40 thousand rubles a month to gain experience in commercial development, the problem is that I can’t find such companies where they would provide this service. Your tastes are extremely specific, and therefore it is impossible to find such companies. The option is such that you will pay the company for working for it ... it is very strange and contradicts the very logic and meaning of the work / internship.
You either have a set of knowledge and soft skills in order to get an internship (free or often paid) or a joon job (paid). Either you don't have it and are working on getting it, or you refuse to develop it.
