Avocode is paid, but very cool.
As an option, use InVision. You can upload .sketch there and inspect the layout.

Hmm...
A decent designer draws up layouts for layout, puts down guides, aligns elements, prepares svg and png for layout and fills the layout in Zeplin/Avocode (InVision has recently appeared
).
Figma works with Sketch and opens in the browser. But in general - ask the designer, let him upload it somewhere.
The front-end can and should open the layout on any OS without problems, technology has come to this. One-click affairs for a designer in Photoshop-Sketch.

I'll start with a simple one: give up Windows, simplify your life in layout / frontend, and the question will disappear automatically.
Well, if you like it so much, then the above programs will help, IMHO the best of them is avocode
