The essence of the problem is that there is a traffic jam in the city, there is a program that allows you to analyze and optimize traffic.
I want to analyze and submit my recommendations to the competent authorities (I doubt that they use modern technologies for the development of the road transport network).
Is it possible to pull information about the number of passing cars from traffic data / open data from car navigators?
Can I find/request this information somewhere?
