Where can I find information about updates?

Good afternoon. please tell me where to look for information about Bitrix updates?
But not just general, like here www.1c-bitrix.by/products/cms/versions.php?module=... but more detailed.
For example:
Site structure 17.5.2
- Added a new component for viewing pdf files.
Where can I find documentation on this component, where can I even look at it and its properties.
And yes, I understand that you can find it in the files and see everything, but every update poking around in the files is such a thing.
If there is a solution I will be glad. if not, I'll pick the files))) Thank you all!

The sad thing is that nowhere. Monitor developer posts, sometimes they write explanatory notes for major updates.
+ put git||hg commit before rolling updates and immediately after, and you get a delta of changes in which you can dig.
