Google oAuth2 - there is a detailed RFC, there are many ready-made libraries, both server and client.
And yes, learn English, you can't do without it.

I would recommend that you take a closer look at SAML.
See the neXus Hybrid Access Gateway for an identity provider option. By the way, it also supports OAuth2.
