Please tell me the places where you can learn information on managing forums or projects of medium scale. I have been trying in vain for a month to figure out how to organize the work of this enterprise. Everything happened so fast that I got lost and now I'm confused where to start. The following questions are of particular interest:

1. How to choose moderators?
   
2. How to manage moderators?
   
3. How to regulate user communication?
   
4. What system of motivation / encouragement to use?
