And who, in fact, wants to post solutions for commercial organizations in open source? It also takes time. It is necessary to prepare everything, clean it up, document where it is missing, add tests. It's a lot of work, who gets paid for it? What is the use of this organization (increasing trust in the organization is an option, but not everyone needs it)? You will have to explain what this product is and what it does. Why are such and such crutches used and how to live with it. Brrr... there is a lot of work. Not necessary for the organization of work.
Also, many companies simply do not want to disclose how they made this or that feature. Again - why? Produce competitors? ;)
At the same time, large open-source solutions still exist (but they initially have open-source as a feature, or the company wants to attract attention in this way. Or the company can afford it). Usually, they are immediately known to everyone, and google for one, two, three, such as react open source projects, angular open source projects, and so on.
