I want to work with a tutor to improve my English.
I am looking for carriers, i.e. from English speaking countries.
I would like to find a golden mean in terms of price-quality ratio.
Perhaps you can recommend someone or a site for such a search?

I do skying. Average price, organized quite conveniently. Russian-speaking teachers are cheaper, but in the lessons I use a maximum of a couple of words in Russian. Russian-speakers have diplomas of higher education, but English-speakers have enough courses. With English it makes sense to deal with upper intermediate.
