Where can I find documentation on the Skype protocol?

The task is to write a Skype web client. Tell me a link to the description of the protocol, step by step where, what and how to encrypt, where, by what protocols does it connect?

The protocol is proprietary, there is no documentation for it in the public domain.
The API, as far as I know, no longer exists.
