Where can I find documentation on SDL2?

Good day, it so happened that while studying at the university we have a course in which SDL2 is studied applicable to C ++. Who faced this library, where would I find documentation on it. The language is not important. I searched the Internet, but it gives nothing but lessons, and it is the documentation that I want to get started quickly.
