Where can I find concise excerpts from Meyer's book on OOP?

I know that many have read this work and may have taken notes or key excerpts from the chapters. Now I have read 1/3 of the book, from each lecture for 10 pages - 1-2 pages of real information. Perhaps you still have theses or something like that, or maybe you know a more concise book?

and perhaps took notes or key excerpts from chapters

This is needed only in universities, which cannot afford to have educational materials for all students, and have to be copied using human organisms.
After the invention of photocopy and its mass distribution in the 80s, note-taking ceased to be relevant.
