Due to well-known events, there was a need for an inexpensive OpenVPN server located in the USA and with a clean IP address, which would not be blocked by anti-DDOS services and other CDNs such as Cloudflare and PerimeterX
Server for one client, with a peak traffic of ≈100-150 GB in month.

no one will give you a solution for this, the more cheap services are already all ip fucked up by the same people
