Where can I find articles on developing an ePub reader?

Note: I want to develop the reader first on WinPhone, so far it suits me on other platforms.
Question: Tell me articles, tips on how to write an ePub reader on Windows Phone with my needs. (explanation - below)
Problem: I reviewed a bunch of applications for WP, did not find an adequate epub reader. Let me explain: I have some electronic literature that contains links in the text. For example: in a book, a link to some third-party source or quote. In iBooks and Android readers, this either pops up beautifully when you click on the link, or opens with a link at the end of the book. And so: in Windows Phone it works awfully crookedly. Or doesn't work at all. But there are still links, within links. Well, for example: quoting from another book, click, "fall through" into the link, read, and there is another link, click it and still "fall through" into the link, read. Usually a maximum of two "failures".

1) Read the epub documentation.
2) Read the documentation on text/html rendering in WinPhone. If they are not there / do not suit, then we are looking for third-party ones / we write our own.
