Most likely, he was published and / or mentioned on Habrahabr for three or four years. A short amateur story, alas, I don’t remember much about the plot: there seemed to be a (biological) virus on a global scale, IT people overcame due to the self-preservation of an isolated building (possibly a room), and they seemed to have managed to establish a connection with an almost covered center (Google, if I remember correctly), where we talked with a woman who briefly told about the scale of the Apocalypse on her part.
