Where can I find advice or training on C++?

Almost any knowledge in IT can be found in books or on the web. However, in some cases it is more convenient to use the personal advice of a specialist or undergo a certain training.
Let's say I, being a developer or a team leader, want to upgrade my colleagues or subordinates on certain C++ topics. Where should I go? Who provides such services?
Let's say I have a specific C++ question, but it's not so simple that I can just google the solution. Where can I find someone who can answer it? Some kind of visiting consultant?

There are no C++ questions that cannot be answered in the language standard. Perhaps you have questions about architecture, design techniques. But not by language, it is unambiguously determined by the standard and documentation for your compiler. You just need to learn how to read them.
Finding a person who can read the standard in your city is not a problem, I think. A lot of companies arrange internal trainings, Zeptolab with Andrey Mironov, mail.ru, yandex...
