Where can I find a WebView App for Android template with crutches for normal operation?

i need to package a website into android app with facebook sdk.
I used appsgeyser.com/appypie.com constructors - the site works correctly in the app when changing orientation.
But there is no facebook sdk in the constructors.
I created my own application and came across a number of shortcomings in the standard WebView on Android. The main one is updating the content when changing the screen orientation.
Advise whether it is possible to buy a template WebView App for Android where the main disadvantages are taken into account and corrected?
