I'm trying to install microsoft visual studio emulator for android. OS Windows 8.1. This pops up:

In windows components:

Hyper-V platform is not pressed
If it fails to install, there is another one to log into a Google account and test Google services

Go to bios and enable virtualization.
It’s sad without it, there is some kind of purely software emulator but very slow
