Where can I find a tool to create charts from lots of data?

The bottom line is this: there is a large amount of testing data for various smartphones in various benchmarks. Task: to visualize these results.
I would like to find a tool that can, according to the given parameters (a model of several phones and a specific benchmark), compile a bar chart. However, it would be great to be able to change the appearance of this chart.
For myself I represent a variant with any DB. For example, I first enter data about a smartphone and its test results, and then, using a query, I get data regarding this phone and its competitors in a certain benchmark. Then, based on the data obtained, I form a diagram.
Like everyone else at school, I went through the use of Excel and Access, but I really would not want to use them.

1. "large amount of data" - how much? Moreover, you are going to enter them manually. 1000? 100K?
2. Tools - to choose from TABLEAU, EXCEL, D3, Python-Matplotlib, Power BI, Dashboard Design and further - according to the list:

Tools for interactive visualization:

3. And by the way - why didn't you want EXCEL? Maybe they were bad at school? Because it has a lot of tools for your task, including a lot of very convenient ones.
