Now I discovered the direction of open source, read a lot of things, and realized that this is a mega cool and useful thing. Tell me, are there people here who can help me with this issue, become a kind of IT Messiah of our project and become part of the team? Or tell me where such a person can be found?

It is not very clear from the post - why the developer needs this and what kind of project it is in general.
If you want free hands, then the maximum you will find is a beginner. This is more harm than good.
If you want a partner and share future profits with him, the task is a little easier, but the project must be really interesting and definitely monetizable. Obviously, for this you need to write at least a couple of proposals about the project. But here, too. This year in 2010 it was possible to find people who fit into the idea. Now many have realized that the chances of success here are with a gulkin's nose.

But no one will burn with your idea except you.
Moreover, it is not clear what kind of idea - they would write at least some direction.
In general, the main problem is not the development of the project, but its promotion.
