Where can I find a similar keyboard in Russia?

already tortured with the choice of keyboard.
I would like to find something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboard-Element...
but the problem is that I will give half the price of this keyboard for shipping and it seems to me that it would be wiser to buy something like this in Russia . I tried to order from Ali, but our favorite mail broke my keyboard (they seem to have tried to break it on my knee) I couldn’t return the money completely. the fault of the mail, and from the outside it was not visible that it was broken.
Also, I'm worried about the fact that I print 350-400 cpm. I haven't printed on mechanics yet.
I'm afraid that it will be too loud, I read about rubber rings, but they say that it doesn't really help. All of this makes me even more depressed
Please tell me where to find a similar keyboard at a price of up to 3k, and is it worth taking the mechanics?
I don’t like keyboards with keys like on a laptop. Personally, they are very uncomfortable for me and quickly fall apart.

Some time ago I used the Qumo Dragon War Mechanicus K11 keyboard, very similar to what you indicated on the link, it costs about 3k, but it is full-sized, there is also a stub from this manufacturer without a numpad, but I was not ready for blue switches, the keyboard is ultra loud, albeit tactilely pleasant, and even kind of like a metal case. Sold after a couple of months, tired of the noise, you need to try anyway, we have them in the DNS on the showcase, you can come and feel if the switches are not clicking, otherwise the keyboard is very comfortable and cool
