How to choose a keyboard for coding?

Hey guys!
I really like the AccuType keyboard on Lenovo laptops but need a separate keyboard.
What keyboard do you use for coding?
I need a keyboard with the following characteristics, I think this option is the best:
- Low key travel
- Soft pressing
- QWERTY
- Desirable recess on the buttons
- The entire area of the keys is pressed so that it is softly pressed and works even when you press the corner of the key
- So that it does not react to the cell phone and did not switch off from interference
- Silent

A bad dancer knows what gets in the way... I use any full-sized keyboard that comes to hand: starting from the old AT keyboards, which are already 25 years old, probably... And ending with quite modern ones.

The described characteristics, as a rule, have the cheapest Chinese keyboards. There, the membranes under the keys are so thin that the key travel is very soft. Some kind of SVEN, for example.

For example, such a Microsoft natural multimedia keyboard 4000 , I personally use it, and earlier older variations.
Cons - a slightly rattling gap
Poles - does not interfere with my wife's sleep at night, although the bed is next to the computer ))
In general, coding is not gamenig, convenience is important here, and not some uber bells and whistles. My friend programmer uses any working keyboard at his side))
