There is a very decent resource in Russian . Author Sergey Mastitsky. He even has published books.
But in general, you have to get used to the idea that the computer does not like the Cyrillic alphabet and does not speak Russian.
As a first step, I always recommend the swirl package . This is the fastest way I know to get started using R.
