Where can I find a sensible concise lesson?
In general, there is a task to assemble the device according to the scheme, I bought an arduino with a bunch of necessary sensors and radio components. There is also a diagram of the device, which describes how to assemble everything. I can put it all together very quickly, but I would like to understand why these particular radio components are used, such as transistors, resistors, etc., why they are used there at all, but I don’t have time for a complete immersion in all this. I would like to read, or even better watch a video where a person collects some kind of circuit and along the way tells what, where and why he is doing. Well, it's kind of like a guide for beginners. Tell me what to see?

As a professional electronics engineer with almost 40 years of experience, I must disappoint you, you either do electronics or you don't. If you don’t have time for this (at least 4-5 hours a week), forget it once and for all.
Nothing worth watching. As a rule, complete nonsense recorded by the same dummies as you, but more arrogant and stupid, so you won’t get any knowledge. You can read a lot on the internet. To get up to speed, start with the books of Borisov, V.G. Young radio amateur and Otryashenkov Yu.M. Young Cybernetic. The books are quite old, but it is in them that everything is described sensibly and concisely. It is no longer relevant to repeat the constructions described there, but the theory outlined will help to easily understand the huge mass of modern information
