I posted an announcement on a couple of php forums, but the people there are somehow not very active in this regard, everyone suggests reading books and running to the forum with every question, which I think is not good. Maybe there are some sites where teachers hang out in various fields, where you can find a person?

I remember there were free online PHP courses on phpforum.ru/ , although personally many points seemed disputable to me ...
In general, posing the question “a teacher in php” seems to me wrong - it takes several days to study most (just in case, not “all”) imperative PLs at most, it can take years to gain experience, study “best practices”, gain skills in architecture design and implementation of the application, taking into account architecture, features and standard / popular libraries / frameworks, “pitfalls”, etc.

no one will spend time for free,
unless graduate students are future teachers for practice,
and then students / graduate students prefer to invest knowledge in start-ups or practice in companies.
