Forum members tell me. Need a program for a call center with receiving applications by phone. Functionality needed: Integration with Asterisk, in principle, only one functionality is needed. An example is when a client calls, the operator displays a card with the cards already entered in advance (address, what kind of organization, e-mail, phone, position, how many applications were left). There should be a window with the application itself, which the operator will drive in. When the client has left his application and the operator has written it down, the client will receive a letter on the e-mail address that is in the card, stating that the application has been accepted and is under consideration.
