Please advise where can I find a Linux live cd with MS Teams preinstalled. Well, or, a resource describing the independent creation of such a distribution.

I'm afraid that you won't find Teams included in the installation disk in any Linux distribution.
But adding it to a couple of movements through the addition of an additional official repository is quite realistic.

your own live-cd is not difficult - after you decide which one you will use - google the instructions for "make custom live-cd blabla ".
Or initially find the instructions for building your live-cd and add Teams to it

Nowhere. This is proprietary software. Who needs to unfasten MS for a distribution license?
