Please, dear specialists who work in companies that have such rare animals as pentesters - where / from whom can you find, copy, borrow, steal, beg for a job description? The usual instruction of the tester is clearly not in the cash register, and I did not find anything specialized even in these entornets of yours.
Maybe there is some specialized resource that I, a mere mortal, just don't know about yet? Or will someone want to endow me with his grace with instructions from his workplace? (blotting out all private data, of course)

In fact, with this question it is better to go not to the pentester himself, but to his boss. In the end, when creating this position, they planned what exactly the new employee would do.
