Where can I find a Java mentor?

Hello. Interested in the question, where can I find a Java mentor ? I do not mean a personal teacher who will teach me certain material for a certain fee, but simply at least an expert in this field, who could sometimes be asked questions of interest. Simply ask, for example, about the most successful approaches to organizing a project, his personal experience, what to do in this situation, etc. Can such a person be found anywhere? Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a dumb question.

That's what QA resources are for.

There are two answers.
1) Nowhere. The rate of a more or less decent Java specialist starts from $25 per hour. It's just for a person who knows Jawa. A person who undertakes to teach - he needs to spend a lot of time and resources to prepare a curriculum. Work in a convenient mode for you "I asked, you answered, I paid you for five minutes of your time" - well, who the hell needs it?
2) At work. Such a person is called a team leader. Get a job as an intern wherever they take you and learn best practices from older comrades there.
PS I say for sure, nobody needs you, if you want to develop - develop, especially now it is much easier than 10 years ago, when I asked the same question, where to find a mentor.
