What is the difference between handling http requests in TomEE (Plum etc) and GlassFish?

Hello! Please tell me, the home project (REST), deployed on GlassFish, processes requests to endpoints absolutely normally without any additional configs. But the same project on TomEE Plum gives 404 for all requests. I suspect that the problem is in the default servlet, but I can not find any information about this.
