Where can I find a GUI for Chocolatey with division by software task?

There is an "apt-get" project for Windows called Chocolatey .
This is a console PowerShell script that works with its own software repository. There is a GUI for it, written, as I understand it, using PowerShell and .NET Forms:

The main problem with this GUI is that the software in the list is simply given in alphabetical order, without any description or division by function.
In search of an alternative, I found an article , according to the screenshots, everything is beautiful and convenient. But besides the fact that the plugin is paid, it is not clear what this plugin is for.
Tell me, maybe someone knows a convenient way to use Chocolatey?
