Read better the book "Regular Expressions" by Jeffrey Friedl www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/4066500
It is written in an interesting and very accessible language. After reading and understanding this book, you will no longer need any tutorials, just as it will not matter for you which language to use regular expressions in: ruby, javascript, php or c#.
