Where can I find a good HTTP server in C in the form of a source that you can insert into your project, and in which you can conveniently operate with parameters (get, post)? Support for any CGI is not needed. tinyhttpd is not suitable for this.
I would like to be able, for example, to assign a handler to a specific request. Is there such a thing?

I don't know about goodness, check out Mongoose . There is an opinion that it falls under load. Personally suits me.
