Where can I find a good free IP2Locations service?

I tried many services:

http://api.hostip.info/get_json.php?ip={$ip}&posit...
http://www.geobytes. com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation&...
But they either have a small database (does not display the coordinates of many places) or have a request limit.
Does anyone know of a good free service that you use yourself?
