Telegram Bot and VK parsing from Ukraine?

Actually, I created a TG bot and I want to parse my group through it with VK so that the bot publishes these posts there, but I can’t get through vk.com, I tried xNet, HttpToSocks5Proxy doesn’t help, maybe someone has come across this, tell me how I can connect the bot normally to VK (in Ukraine it is blocked, so you need to somehow knock through the proxy).

Maybe try installing a VPN on your computer? For tests, that's it. In similar situations I have used windscribe.

Place it on a server that has access to vk.com.
