Actually why a problem book?
Start with practice itself. Come up with an application, think over its logic and make it.
this is much better than doing tasks that are thought out.

I suggest you look at this C++ book. Master class in problems and examples - M. Kuznets... . Tasks in it are not divorced from life. Also in the book there are answers with examples of the author's solution. You can find a pdf version online.
