Where can I find a game designer/designer/artist to co-create a browser-based RPG?

I myself am a Javascript/Ruby/PHP programmer/gamer with quite good experience.
I started my career in game development, since then a lot of water has flowed and a lot of games have been tested, but the thought is that you can take advantage of the most interesting developments by putting them together and doing what is so lacking in the gaming market in my personal opinion.
I have an idea, game design sketches, an understanding of the features of the gameplay and the advantages of a particular idea, I’m ready to take over the technical part for the first time, I need an intelligent game designer and designer in order to unload me and give a new impetus to the project.
I'm looking for a place where these are found.

To make a worthwhile game, you need a lot of content (images, models, sound, video). Creating content is far from easy. And everyone understands this sooner or later. It is almost impossible to find a person who will create content on the basis of enthusiasm. This is the "cornerstone" of game development.
It’s easier with game designers / designers, because with a certain level of knowledge, their work is not so difficult.
In short, what I want to say is, first of all, look for content creators, and only then for game designers and designers.
We are looking for content creators at http://www.deviantart.com, illustrators.ru and gamedev.ru.
The rest on: gamedev.ru and VKontakte (there are a lot of groups dedicated to game development)

Why look for them.
Go to hh or any freelance exchange and take whoever you need.

It was planned to create the basics of the gameplay and only then make content for the whole thing, when it was already clear what it was all about. Then it will be easier to attract people, because the project will already be in a certain working condition and it will be easier to understand whether it is worth investing all the money in it.
That is why it would be a good idea to work with a game designer right now to create a working basis.
A designer / artist is too cool right away (unfortunately), at the moment there is simply nothing to attract him properly, except for the idea, as you already said, it’s easier with game designers :)
In addition, the idea itself is sharpened so that you have to draw less complex content.

If you want something serious, then you should start with the content, after all, after considering all the pros and cons. Having something on hand, it is clearly easier to attract both people to development and potential investors.
It is unlikely that you will be able to find people for the idea, as personal practice has shown :). So "Money in the morning, chairs in the evening..." (C)

Not certainly in that way. You need to have an idea for a game on hand.
The idea is put forward by the producer/leader/sponsor in the form of a pitch elevator.
The idea is polished to a concept document with the involvement of a game designer and marketer.
Next, the game designer creates a game design document that includes an object model and a functional specification for programmers, and finally tasks for content from art, texts, interface, monetization and virality.
So truthatenvy is right, starting with finding a game designer.
Empty content will hang like a dead weight on hards. You will show your friends, they say how cool I am, what game I wanted to make, it’s a pity it didn’t work out.
