When registering, Amazon gives you a year to drive t1.micro instance for free. For simple tasks it will do. Windows will not be there, of course, but frya or linux - completely. I worked on such a mail server for a year :-)
The easiest option is to buy it, it doesn’t cost crazy money, and everything free is a test period or nonsense that lies 24/7.
I ask at vps-server.ru, as a rule, they give a few pieces for a couple of weeks for free, but I don’t know if they will give those who don’t work with them at all, but you can just ask adequate guys.
