Where can I find a decent Android 5 Lollipop design guide?

Unfortunately, I didn’t use phones with Android OS, therefore, many questions accumulated: for example, what is the universal screen size for rendering, what system fonts, element sizes, etc.
Ideally, it would be easy to find a PSD GUI
