Where can I find a service for optimizing CSS code? I use bootstrap mainly for building a framework, many CLASS are not used and take up empty space. Maybe there is some service that will tell me which classes are not used and just remove them.

There is such a thing as https://github.com/giakki/uncss - you can feed your css and html to it and it will remove unused css by itself. It is for optimization (including structural) that see the domestic development https://github.com/css/csso (there is an online version css.github.io/csso/csso.html)
