Google for MT6572 aosp. It is also possible that aosp already exists for your model.

The problem is different. Each manufacturer has its own set of hardware: sensors, cameras, touchpad implementations, etc., which is somehow "standardized" due to the framework. I'm afraid that it may turn out that this peripheral will be incompatible.

You will not find "Stock" from Google - for a simple reason - there were no Nexuses on this processor. This processor is generally a favorite of Chinese companies that produce fakes and very cheap phones.
But, building AOSP for your platform may be possible.
