Where can I find a complete up-to-date list of root and intermediate certificates of e-Government CAs?

The e-government website has a list of accredited certification centers https://digital.gov.ru/ru/activity/govservices/cer...
The XLS file contains tax numbers and names of certification centers.
Does anyone somewhere on the Internet maintain a machine-readable list of domain names from which to download the root certificates of these CAs (CRLs and all)?
Where can I download this list, or the most complete set of public / root / intermediate certificates of these offices?
Because manually searching for the sites of 500 organizations and downloading their certificates is somehow out of date or something.

As far as I know - no. Each (CA) is for himself - not a single registry, not a single portal, nothing.
