Where can I find 10k/50k proxies?

Greetings!
I'm trying to find the cheapest proxies.
The color of my employment is completely white. Required for Google.
I will use the proxy only 4 days a month.

Packet proxies, as I know, are completely crap, so they definitely won't work for Google.
When raising (ipv6) 50k proxies = 50k rubles / month. And the proxies will be idle for almost the whole month, which is terribly unprofitable.
Mobile proxies are already much more interesting in this regard.
But are there any other options for extracting white proxies? And their minimum cost per unit.

As an option, free socks4 proxies,
they appeared quite recently ( and for vulnerabilities ) - I
myself use few banned ones for parsing Yandex and Google
